Materials Needed:

Exterior Fabric: 1/4 yard

Lining Fabric: 1/4 yard

Fusible Interfacing: 1/2 yard

1" of 3/4" wide sew-on Velcro

 

Recommended Fabric: quilting-weight cotton or lightweight decorator fabric
